Dan Saban's Illegal Immigration Enforcement Plan

• On all Illegal Immigrants in-custody arrests, Felony or Misdemeanor (not minor traffic violations,) contact ICE for appropriate Hold.
• On all Illegal Immigrants in-custody arrests, Felony or Misdemeanor (not minor traffic violations,) conduct a records check/screening through the Arizona
  Department of Homeland Security for potential terrorist’s identification.
• Lobby for and partner with ICE to provide a full-time agent at the booking counter in the Maricopa County Jail system to investigate all questionable citizenship status brought in by any arresting agency, and review the potential
  deportation of criminal offenders.
• Provide available resources to ICE in their task force efforts to target the organized crime aspect of human smuggling, gangs, and violent criminal activity.
• Provide available resources to the US Marshals Office Warrant Detail to track and arrest wanted Federal offenders.
• Provide available resources to the Arizona Fraudulent Identification Task Force for the prevention of fraudulent identifications.
• Train Detention personnel in the Federal training to identify undocumented persons who are under arrest on local charges.
• Enforce any new State laws passed by the Legislature which would require local law enforcement to take action.
• Provide general diversity training for all law enforcement personnel.
